The NSLS offers many benefits some including personal success coaching, education from top leaders around the world, an exclusive online job bank, discounts and partner benefits, exclusive awards and scholarships, letters of recommendation, and much more. The main benefit would be the growth in self leadership and goal accomplishment. The NSLS also offers training and certification in leadership programs that are accredited.
